1. What is your rental period? 

Weekend rental period starts Friday after 12pm and is due back the following Monday before 12pm. Weekday rentals are due back the following business day. 

2. Do you deliver orders? 

We are willing and able to deliver customer orders in Hattiesburg and surrounding areas. A delivery fee may apply to orders based on location. We recommend deliveries to alleviate the stress of picking up and dropping off orders. 

3. How far in advance do I need to start planning to reserve rentals for my event?

Celebrations has no specific time frame. Once you have chosen a date and know what rentals are needed, please contact us. For weddings and larger events, we suggest making your order 5 months in advance. Smaller events can be accommodated on shorter notice. A reminder, all items are pending availability. 

4. Is delivery and setup availability? 

Most definitely. We have a talented team specializing in delivery and setup ensuring items are delivered as ordered. Please inquire about delivery and setup charges. Delivery rates are quoted round trip (one way is available). Delivery charges are based on time, date, and location. Standard delivery rates apply during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9-5. Deliveries, event setup, or pickup outside normal hours may incur additional charges. 

5. I am ready to reserve rental items. How do I place an order?

Please call or stop by our showroom to speak with one of our event specialists. We will need to gather information about you and your event to enter into our system. We will check availability and answer any questions you may have. If everything is available, we will create a rental agreement for your approval and signature. At that point, we require a 25% deposit to reserve the items for your event. 

6. How do I handle payment? 

Celebrations requires a 25% deposit when placing your rental order. The remaning balance is due in full 10 days before your event's delivery or pickup. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

7. What is your cancellation policy? 

A 25% deposit is required to reserve your rental items. If signed rental agreement and 25% deposit is not secured within 7 days of receiving your rental agreement, your order may not be processed. If an order is canceled outside of 30 days prior to delivery or pick up you forfeit 25% of order total. If you cancel your order within 72 hours of your event you forfeit 100% of the order total.
